| | Swing Check Valves We fabricate an exclusive range of check valves to meet the various requirements of our clients in the national and international markets. Fabricated using superior grades of raw material these check valves are catered to several industries. These check valves allow flow in one direction and restrains flow in opposite direction. Opened by the force of velocity pressure and closed by the force of gravity and back pressure are widely appreciated for optimum performance. Swing check valves designed for horizontal installations are extensively used for moderate velocity operations. It can even be installed in vertical direction with flow in upward direction under the disc. These heavy duty, bolted cover, renewable seat ring, and body mounted disc swing type valves are highly acclaimed.

| | Cryogenic Valves Cryogenic valves offered by us are supplied with extended bonnet with a sufficient gas column that helps in eliminating any chance of frosting of the packing area. These cryogenic valves are installed on applications that involve production, transport & storage of liquefied gases like nitrogen, oxygen, argon, natural gas, hydrogen or helium down to -254ºC. Further, these cryogenic valves are precision designed with compliance of ASME B16.34 and BS 6364. Cryogenic tests are also performed in fully equipped in-house facilities, according to BS 6364. |
 
| | Globe Valves Globe valves offered by us are heavy duty, outside screw & yoke type. Its bolted bonnet, rising stem and hand wheel finish helps in delivering highly efficient performance especially for services that require frequent operation & throttling. Further, the internal passage within valve helps in diverting flow through 90º changes of direction, resulting in pressure drop & turbulence. | | Trunnion Mounted Ball Valves We offer an exclusive array of ball valves in compliance with international quality standards. Designed with the assistance of our engineering excellence our range of ball valves is tested on various parameters using advanced testing facilities at our premises. In our exclusive Trunnion mounted ball valve, the ball rotates without moving on the horizontal axis and the seats freely float on same axis. When the pressure is increased it pushes the ball resulting in bidirectional sealing. Our experts take utmost care to offer flawless range that is at par with the requirement of our esteem clients.
Functioning: - Thrust due to (Fluid Pressure + spring) both on the upstream and downstream, pushes seat ring towards the ball for positive sealing under all conditions.
- When the valve is in closed position, the fluid trapped in the body cavity is subjected to thermal expansion and the valve cavity pressure increases.
- The excessive pressure buildup within the valve cavity is relieved automatically when the pressure inside exceed the spring load on the seat.
- Internal Trunnion reduces the chance of fluid leakage to the atmosphere as in the case of external Trunnion mounted ball valves.
